Background
Atlantic General Construction Services (AGCS) is a full service construction management company founded in 2000. AGCS's approach is based firmly in the concept that good teamwork will deliver the best possible product. Our teamwork begins with excellent communication between all parties and follows with equal emphasis on planning and execution to achieve the desired result.

AGCS can supplement your corporate staff with our focused expertise and proven professional construction management experience on any project. We manage conceptual development, coordination of consultants, site processes, project completion, and commissioning. AGCS works closely with you and your management group to analyze your current program and develop cost-effective methods that will deliver for you today and in the future.

Our President
President, Harry Baulch, opened the doors of AGCS after more than 20 years in the business. His background consists of managing every aspect of a multitude of large and small construction projects. Contract delivery format experience includes but is not limited to hard bid, cost plus, CM, CM at risk, design-build and Multi-Prime. Harry has been involved in a wide range of construction projects, from large-scale facilities that have been declared world-class in magnitude and quality, to the more specific and focused projects where delivery parameters dictate that very short time frames, and critical budget conditions be maintained to assure the success of the client receiving the facility.

Harry's career track is diverse, yet linked by a common element, delivery on commitment. He has more than 24 years of broad-based construction management experience, which began after completion of an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Auburn University. Throughout his career, he's been instrumental in the successful delivery of academic, retail, corporate, government, and industrial projects. Moreover, he's earned a reputation for managing multiple projects within budget and delivering on schedule, while maintaining the specified standards of quality.

Harry and his project team were instrumental in assisting Atlanta based Skanska Building, USA to become the first general construction services firm, in the nation, to achieve its ISO 14001 certification. This Environmental Management System meets and exceeds local, state, and federal ordinances and 11 core ISO Standards, including sustainable design. The compelling expertise of Harry Baulch ensures the successful delivery of every client's project. He is dedicated to not only contain costs, but to complete complex projects on time whether they be cost-plus, design-build, hard bid, fast track or any other delivery method.
